    The Team Expenses Expense Policy sets out the club's policy with regards to costs incurred.

    Each team shall have one nominated individual who shall purchase sundry items (e.g. cones, bibs, hand sanitiser, first aid, etc) on behalf of their Team and be responsible for the purchase of the first set of training kit for all new joiners to their team.

    Training kit costs should be reclaimed through the expenses system.
